Just received this note from Teressa at Calvary. 200+ people are on their way to Italy next month to share music, dance, and their testimony's with Italian youth in Rome. Please keep these High School students uplifted as they prepare their hearts. Mommilner is posting this as it is good preparation for anyone who is going on missions anywhere. Great job Teressa.
Heartsearcher
As we get closer to leaving for Italy, it is vitally important that we spend time with our Lord and Savior, the One who has given us this opportunity, and who knows in advance the work He has for each of us to do. Only through pure hearts and obedient spirits are we made free to fully reveal His glory which He desires to share with us. It is our desire that each of you would use the following verses and questions to prepare your hearts for the awesome privilege and task set before you.
“Search me, O God, and know my heart; Test me and know my anxious thoughts.
See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.”
Ps. 139:23-24
Confession of sin is necessary for fellowship with God and revival among God’s people. Prayerfully consider the following questions. If you answer ‘YES’ to a question, practice the following steps:
1. Pray for conviction of sin.
2. Confess the sin at once to God.
3. Be willing to make it right.
4. Claim God’s cleansing and forgiveness through Christ Jesus.

“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” Prov. 28:13
My dear Sister or Brother in Christ, no matter what others do, or do not do, leave nothing undone on your part. It is God’s desire to work through you to bring about great spiritual awakening. But first, He requires your obedience in allowing Him to have your heart that He might cleanse it, repair it, strengthen it and set you free in the power and passion of the Holy Spirit which is in you that you might work in Him.
-Read each scripture passage.
-Pray for God to reveal His wisdom as it pertains to your life.
-Ask yourself the questions.
-Give a truthful answer.
-Confess if necessary.
