This morning I was reading Ruth 2-4. Tears rolled down my cheeks as I thought about how Boaz welcomed and cared for Ruth a stranger in a strange land. Why, you might ask? Because he had heard how she had cared for her mother in law. I think about several concepts. One reaping a sowing, two how God cares for us even when we can not care for ourselves, three how our kindness to others often returns to us when we need it the most. What are your thoughts on Ruth?
