Mommilner wants to organize a group of people willing to go down those manholes and rescue children. I have an image of the women bounty hunter that tracks down the bad guys. Maybe groups of people could track down the bad guys and bust these rings. We might not be able to stop the problem but I think of those who would be rescued, how grateful they would be. How precious it would be to save a life.
