Proverbs 14:1
1 A wise woman builds her home, but a foolish woman tears it down with her own hands.

I have thought about this proverb many times. I try to keep it in the forefront of my mind, especially when I'm angry about something. This is my plumb line as the speak. I ask myself, am I building my house and those in my household up or am I tearing them down? Then I know if I'm acting foolishly or wisely.
